Parent Rights in Early Intervention

Early Intervention (EI) is a program that supports families with children from birth through age two. EI teams work with families to identify possible areas of delay in their child’s development. This document outlines some of the rights that parents have under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), regarding early intervention services for their child.
