On the Threshold of the Universal Digital Classroom

They include iPads and iPods, smartphones and lap­tops. They cost far less than more specialized technology and their prices continue to drop. Many, like Dr. Milton Chen, believe these devices have the potential to help change the course of U.S. K-12 education for nearly every child, both with and without disabilities.
